The node passed to `retract_node` never appears in the `restoration_hints` list — only cascade victims with surviving premises do.

Summary

When a node is explicitly retracted by the user, the system doesn't bother generating restoration hints for it — that retraction was intentional, so there's nothing to "hint" about restoring. Restoration hints are reserved for collateral damage: nodes that went OUT only because something they depended on was retracted, and that could potentially come back if given alternative support.
