`sync_agent` records the agent's source file path in the repo registry (`list_repos`), enabling the system to track which file each agent's beliefs originated from.

Summary

When an agent is synced, the system remembers which source file it came from. This makes it possible to trace any belief back to its originating file, which is essential for updates, audits, and knowing whether a belief is still grounded in a current source.
